If you are exhausted, grieving, or tired of appearing “fine” on the outside, counseling can help you gain insight and create lasting change.

You can show up exactly as you are—overwhelmed, numb, tearful, unsure, guarded, or exhausted. All of it is welcome here!

I will:

  • Explore your history gently and intentionally, without digging or forcing
  • Clarify what support you’re hoping for (even if you’re not fully sure yet)
  • Provide applicable information about what I understand of your experiences thus far in the process

That’s normal. You don’t have to come prepared, I’ll guide the conversation in a way that feels safe and supportive to help you through what feels important for our session. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

It will not because you’re not broken although it feels like it. Therapy is about growth, healing, and learning how to live more authentically, not about fixing who you are.

Many clients come to me after therapy that felt surface-level. My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in psychoeducation to help you understand why you feel stuck so that you can explore ways to move forward.

Yes, your privacy is a top priority. Everything we talk about is held in strict confidence with some exceptions.

Yes, I provide secure online sessions so you can access therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable without needing to commute. If you prefer meeting in person, this is also available for FL residents.

It varies. Some clients experience meaningful shifts in weeks, while others continue long-term for deeper growth. We’ll collaborate on what feels right for you at a pace that is honoring.
