Brittany Peterson-Jackson, LMHC

Brittany is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy for the parts of you that learned to stay small. She is passionate about helping clients untangle the complicated relationships they have with themselves and others. She specializes in working with adults who grew up navigating difficult family dynamics and now find themselves stuck in patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.

Brittany believes healing happens in the presence of safety, compassion, and authentic connection. Her approach is collaborative, validating, and focused on helping you better understand your story — not just where you’ve been, but where you want to go. Together, you'll explore what’s holding you back, challenge your limiting beliefs, build practical tools to strengthen your sense of self, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate a life you feel good about.

Brittany's goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and a little more hopeful. Her style is warm, collaborative, and real — no stiff therapy speak, no judgment, just honest conversation and meaningful work. If you’re ready to stop living by old rules and start writing your own, she'd be honored to walk alongside you!

Outside of sessions, you can find her dining at new restaurants, sitting by the water, relaxing at home with a wonderful smelling candle or exploring a new city.
