I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy for the parts of you that learned to stay small.

I am passionate about helping adults untangle the patterns that were never theirs to carry in the first place! Patterns that were shaped by early relationships, loss, and unmet needs. Every client that I work with has a story that deserves compassion, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. For me, this isn’t just a profession, it’s an honor to help my clients find their way back to themselves. For you to feel less burdened, more free, and more connected to what matters most to you is my heart's delight. Clients have often shared that therapy with me feels like finally being seen for who they truly are, not who they thought they needed to be. In our sessions, you don’t have to pretend and you don’t have to keep pushing. You get to be fully human and still fully worthy of being just who you are. Little by little, these moments add up, helping you feel different not just in session but in your relationships, your work, and daily life.

I’m trained in techniques that can help you move through difficult emotions, process challenging experiences, and build stronger self-awareness. Engaging in the therapeutic process allows you to discover what matters most to you and take steps toward living with more awareness and intention. Working through the experiences that are weighing you down can help you feel more confident in your decisions, explore boundaries that honor your needs, and find ways to manage life’s demands without being constantly depleted. With increased capacity, you’ll be able to engage more fully in your life while experiencing clarity, self-trust, and renewed energy.

I believe that healing happens in the presence of safety, compassion, and authentic connection. My approach is collaborative, validating, and focused on helping you better understand your story. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back to help you begin cultivating a life that you feel good about. My goal is for you is to leave each session, workshop, group or speech feeling seen, supported, and a little more hopeful. My therapeutic style is warm, encouraging and real. I’ve had the honor of witnessing my clients experience relief that comes from their commitment to themselves on their healing journey. Supporting my clients who once thought change wasn’t possible, and seeing them shift from surviving on autopilot to feeling lighter, trusting themselves, and beginning to heal is the most meaningful part of my role as a therapist. I’m really proud of the work that I get to do, the wonderful people that I get to help and I am looking forward to working with you!

Outside of sessions, you can find me dining at a new restaurant, sitting by the water, taking a trip out of town or relaxing at home with a wonderful smelling candle.
